Released in 2006 as the second of the Edmundo series, the Petit Edmundo quickly found some devoted fans among Montecristo aficionados. Like the Edmundo and the Double Edmundo, the Petit earned a spot on a Cigar Aficionado magazine's Top 25 list when it finished in 11th place in 2007. The Petit Edmundo is near to a Rothschild size, which means a satisfying smoking time of 45-55 minutes. The smoker can expect dried fruit and cocoa bean notes with a floral undertone.
