When it comes to the smoking end - or head - of a cigar, all seasoned smokers are familiar with Parejo (round head) and Figurado (pointed head). Not everyone is familiar with the third option, the Chisel head, likely because it's the invention of La Flor Dominicana founder Litto Gomez, and utilized exclusively on LFD cigars. Besides it being a stylistic stamp on some LFD cigars, the Chisel end is meant to deliver a concentration of flavour through this tight, flattened shape.
The Chapter One is one of several LFD cigars that feature the Chisel shape. It's also filled with premium Dominican ligero tobacco and wrapped in a dark and oily Brazilian Habano leaf. The combination creates a rich and intense smoking experience, rife with bold flavours of coffee, leather, and spice.
The La Flor Dominicana Chapter One approximates a Gordo size and can smoke upwards of two hours.
