For much of its lifetime, when cigar enthusiasts spoke of the H. Upmann brand, the conversation revolved around the Sir Winston or the No.2. However, the 2008 debut of the Magnum 50 rejuvanated interest in the overlooked Magnum series, which had been limited to just the 46 for many decades. The Magnum 50 added a long Toro size to the series, which at 6¼ inches long offers a smoking time of nearly 90 minutes.

Natural sweetness is quite prominent in this vitola, as are classic Upmann flavours like nut and black tea.
