Before creating BX3, CAO already had experience with Brazilian tobaccos through their award-winning blends, the Brazilia and the Amazon Basin. The rich soils of this region, known for producing some of the world’s most flavourful coffees, impart a depth of flavour that adds a unique and indescribable quality to the tobaccos grown there.

With the BX3, the idea was to triple the Brazilian flavour of their other landmark cigars. They started with a dark, oily Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper to introduce rich depth and intensity. They then added a smooth, slightly sweet, yet earthy Brazilian Arapiraca leaf as a binder, which complemented a blend that included another Brazilian Mata Fina leaf along with the finest Nicaraguan, Honduran, and Mexican premium filler tobaccos.

The result is a full-bodied cigar with a very rich flavour profile that includes notes of espresso, chocolate, cinnamon, and molasses. The BX3 Robusto offers a burn time of roughly 60 minutes.
