The Black Market, with its striking dark Colorado wrapper, distinguishes itself as one of the more unusual blends from Alec Bradley. This is mostly due to the inclusion of Panamanian tobacco as part of the filler blend, in addition to Honduran filler all bound by an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed binder and Nicaraguan wrapper. With the Black Market, Alec Bradley was striving for bold and exotic, and achieved it.

The Torpedo is one of two "Figurado" cigars in the Black Market series. It smokes for nearly 90 minutes and imparts strong earthy and leather flavours mixed with a softer herbal quality and notes of licorice sweetness.
