The Tapados was first released in 2013 as part of the new iteration of Vegueros, a brand that had existed since 1999 but seen poor sales due to the long and slender vitolas in their portfolio at a time when smokers were demanding wider ring gauges. The Tapados offers up a similar flavour profile as others in the modern version of the brand, including a refined earthiness combined with nuttiness and wood. The Tapados smokes for roughly 45 minutes.
