A brand long known for featuring slender cigars like the Panetelas and the Montecarlos, Por Larranaga has recently reinvented itself, first with the Robusto-sized Picadores No.1 in 2014 and then with the Galanes in 2020. Similar in size to the Picadores - though a touch shorter and squatter - the Galanes has already been a critical success, scoring as high as 94 points in Cigar Aficionado magazine. The smoker can expect an almond and cashew nuttiness with an earthy quality and touches of honey sweetness in the 60-minute smoking time.
