Like the first Matilde Limited Exposure, the No. 2 is crafted at the boutique factory Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic and is available in a single size: a Toro measuring 6 inches by 50 ring gauge.
The No. 2 features an Ecuadoran Corojo-seed wrapper, differing from the original's Mexican wrapper, along with a Dominican Havana 2000 binder. Its filler comprises Criollo ’98, Corojo, Havana Vuelta Arriba (HVA), and Piloto Cubano tobaccos. Except for the wrapper, all the tobaccos are sourced from the Dominican Republic.
This Toro cigar smokes around 75 minutes and the flavour profile is a harmonious blend of floral, nutty, and woody notes.
