In contrast to Alec Bradley's classic Black Market, the Estelí abandons the Panamanian tobacco for an almost exclusively Nicaraguan blend. This makes sense, since Estelí is a city in Nicaragua with numerous agricultural areas that produce some of the best cigar tobacco in the world. The only element that prevents this from being a Nicaraguan puro is some Honduran leaf that makes one of the two binders.
The Estelí Toro is a satisfying, full-bodied 75-minute smoke that delivers bold flavours like leather, raisin, and coffee bean. All Estelí cigars are made in the city that gives them their name, at the Plasencia Cigars factory.
