San Cristobal is among the newest of Cuban cigar brands, only in existence since November of 1999. Among the inaugural vitolas was the El Principe, a pint-sized petit corona that offers a brisk smoking time of about 30 minutes. The El Principe is quite mild but imparts some heavier flavours - like notes of leather - in combination with a softer profile of nut and dried fruit.
