The Le Pâtissier from Crowned Heads debuted in 2021, hot on the heels of its sister blend, the Le Carême. The Carême was designed as a tribute to Marie-Antoine Carême - who popularized the soufflé - and the Pâtissier mimics the blend closely with a few adjustments, most notably the inclusion of Costa Rican tobacco as part of the filler. Similar to the Carême, however, are some distinct chocolate notes in the flavour profile, along with some pepper and cedar wood.
The Le Pâtissier No.50 is a Rothschild size that smokes for a satisfying 45 minutes.
