A Pilón is a meticulously layered stack of tobacco leaves used to ferment the tobacco, enhancing its flavour and color. This traditional Cuban method, dating back to the 19th century, produces a taste and appearance that cannot be achieved otherwise.

The CAO Pilón employs this time-honoured technique to create a cigar with deep, rich colors and unparalleled depth in the flavour profile, which includes notes of nuts, cocoa, cedar, and pepper.

The Pilón Robusto smokes for approximately 60 minutes.
